LEM's Hand Held Tenderizer with 48 Blades make it quick and easy to create tender meat from tough cuts. Each of the stainless saber blades tenderize to perfection, working quickly to cut down on the loss of natural juices. Great for wild game, beef, pork, veal, lamb, and chicken. When used before marinating, the meat will drink in the marinade more freely. Use tenderizer with cutting board. Dishwasher safe on top shelf only.
