Transform your jerky-making process with our BigBite® 2-in-1 Jerky Slicer and Tenderizer. Innovatively designed so you can have a separate machine dedicated to tenderizing and slicing, this machine has two separate functions. Use the one slicer roller to get 14 perfectly 1/4" thick sliced strips of meat ready for the oven or dehydrator in seconds. Your cuts of meat can be up to 1-1/4" thick for consistent cuts of meat for jerky, cheesteaks, fajitas, or whatever your use. If you're looking to tenderize even the toughest cuts of meat, up to 1-1/4" thick, remove the easy-off top and replace the slicer roller with the other tenderizer roller. This machine is perfect for chefs, homemakers, and culinary enthusiasts who desire to make their own foods. Chute dimensions are 1-1/4" x 4-1/2" x 8" and this equipment includes one slicer roller and two tenderizer rollers. Each unit has an LEM 0.5 HP motor. The slicer and tenderizer portion is made of durable powder painted aluminum. You can make better quality jerky, and more, from start to finish.
