The Hand Crank Z-Linker Cub Sausage Linker uses state of the art technology developed for major manufacturers, now available in this innovative linker that is practical for home use. Using patented crimp and cut technology, this compact, easy-to-clean stainless steel linker features a simple design with few moving parts and no hard-clean places. The guard removes for quick and easy cleanup, the self-sharpening cutting inserts stay razor-sharp for up to a year or more and the 4 heads offer seamless sausage production as you crank. Simply turn the handle and work at your pace, while suction cups hold the unit firmly in place.
