Description
With this handy smoker box, you can infuse your meats, veggies, nuts, and cheeses with a hint of hickory, apple, oak, or cherry wood, without investing in a full smoker. Simply soak your wood chips (not included) in water for at least 30 minutes and preheat your grill. Place the chips in the smoker box, distributing them evenly, and allow the excess water to drain. Then place the smoker box on your grill grate, or, if using charcoal, place the box on top of the coals. Then close the lid of the grill. Holes in the lid of the box will allow smoke to escape while containing the wood chips, so that in minutes the grill will fill with smoke. Turn heat down and cook food on low and slow for the best smoke flavor.
