Slap Ya Mama's® Hot Blend of spicy seasoning is sure to set your mouth on fire, but at the same time, it will add that unique Cajun cooking flavor to any dish. A versatile seasoning that can be used as a rub for grilling, smoking, or frying, or added to dishes like jambalaya, gumbo, and etouffee, or even to spice up Bloody Marys or beer.
 
Invented in 1956 by Wilda Marie Fontenot, this legendary seasoning earned the creator many loving slaps on the back and a kiss on the cheek. Half a century of rave reviews later, it's still the seasoning of choice for Cajun cooking enthusiasts nationwide. The combination of aged pepper mash, vinegar, garlic, and salt gives this hot blend of seasonings that much loved Lousiana flare.
