Make burgers, jerky, and snack sticks right from your grinder! Quickly and easily make uniform shapes from ground meat that not only look great, but also cook and dry evenly. Attach to the grinder before you start the second grind. Simply thread the waxed paper (included) onto the chute, making sure the paper unrolls counter-clockwise from back of roll, wax side up onto the chute, and start processing. As the meat extrudes from the patty maker, it will push the meat and paper down the chute. Use the 11" meat shears (included) to cut the meat to any length.
For even faster results, use with our Motorized Sausage Stuffer (requires adapter.) Feed ground meat into the stuffer and quickly create patties, jerky, and snack sticks. No additional grinding is needed so no change in meat texture. The stuffer's foot pedal enables hands-free use.
