Transform your jerky-making process with our Jerky Knife and Board Kit. Innovatively designed so you can consistently cut ¼" or ⅛" slabs of meat and safely cut thin, uniform slices of meat strips for even cooking and marinating. The 12" x 12" double-sided plastic board with ribbing holds the meat in place. Flip the board to choose between cut depths of ¼" and ⅛" (6.4mm & 3.8mm). The Pressing Plate with handle lets you apply even pressure while keeping hands safely away from the knife. The Jerky Knife features a 10" stainless steel blade, and the Non-skid Grip Mat keeps the board securely in place.
