Description

Ideal for drying jerky in your oven or smoker, this sturdy rack holds nine 12" skewers, allowing you to hang 100+ jerky strips up to 7" long. The rack is conveniently sized to fit in an 18" x 13" baking sheet and folds for easy storage. Can also be used for kabobs. Includes one packet of Backwoods® Original Jerky Seasoning, enough to season 5 lbs. of meat. Note: Jerky Pan is NOT included.
