This all-purpose seasoning mix adds a flavorful punch to your meatloaf, sausages, poultry dressing, casseroles, and even as a rub before cooking. Crafted with a fusion of top-grade spices, our versatile seasonings are perfect for enhancing flavor. From wild game to domestic meats, our unique blends add that extra flavorful touch to any dish.
For making meatloaf, follow the instructions on the package, then pack the mixed ingredients into a greased loaf pan and bake.
To use as a sausage seasoning, grind a mixture containing at least 20% pork or pork fat, dissolve seasoning in water, and mix thoroughly with meat until tacky. Once prepared, refrigerate the mixture in a covered container overnight before stuffing into casings or forming into patties. To make larger batches of well-seasoned sausage, use 6 oz. per 18 lbs. of meat; for larger batches of mildly-seasoned sausage, use 6 oz. per 24 lbs. of meat.
