Crafted with a mouthwatering blend of premium spices, our versatile seasonings are perfect for marinating strips of meat or mixing with ground meat. From wild game to domestic meat, our unique blends add that extra deliciousness to any meat dish. Our Original Reduced Sodium Jerky Seasoning mix has been around since the days of the Western frontier and has the perfect balance of savory and smoky flavors, but with less sodium. Sodium content has been lowered from 550mg to 410mg per serving.
To prepare using the marinade method, slice your chosen meat to your desired thickness, immerse it in water and seasoning mixture, and refrigerate for 8 hours. For the ground meat method, combine meat with a water mixture until tacky and form into strips. With both methods, cook in the oven at 200°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes on each side, or dehydrate according to your dehydrator's manufacturer's instructions. Then refrigerate or freeze your finished product.
