Crafted with a tantalizing blend of top-grade spices, our Blackened Kickin' Chicken Rub is a full-bodied spice blend with a bit of a kick, perfect for enhancing the flavor of your favorite meats. From wild game to domestic meats, our unique blend adds that extra savory touch to any dish.
 
To use, apply a liberal amount of rub to your meat, covering all surfaces. Allow the meat to stand for at least 15 minutes before grilling or smoking. Or, mix our rub into ground meat, or combine with Olive Oil to release the flavors. Give the included recipe a try!
 
Formulated exclusively for LEM by local Chef James Trent, each rub blend has a unique flavor profile that enhances the natural flavors of meat and wild game.
