To provide an optimal dehydrating experience, it has a chimney-like center that allows for even air flow and uniform drying of your meat and food. The five included trays measure 12" x 9.13" x 0.63", for 3.5 square feet of drying space and are clear, allowing you to easily monitor your food while it is drying. To make operation more user-friendly, there is a digital display that has seven digital temperature presets (104, 113, 122, 131, 140, 149, 158 degrees F), a 48-hour timer, and an auto shut-off for when dry time is complete. Has a 250-watt heating element.
