Cajun Redfish on the 1/2 Shell
Ingredients:
Backwoods Fresh Cajun Seasoning (Generous amount)
Butter or Olive Oil (For basting)
Fresh Redfish fillets (Scales and skin left on; you can substitute with striper fish)
Directions:
